Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS) is a minimally invasive surgical option used to treat selected patients with laryngeal cancer. It is most commonly indicated for partial supraglottic laryngectomies.

In this case, a squamous cell carcinoma was identified in the suprahyoid epiglottis. A partial supraglottic laryngectomy was performed, successfully removing the tumor with clear oncologic margins.
The patient if free of disease and swallowing normally, after appropriate postoperative care. pT2pN0. No traq. No adjuvant treatment (surgery alone). No long-term sequelae from the treatment (except for the scar of the neck dissection, working on it). No xerostomy. No dysphagia.
